Aquatics programs, including water aerobics, enable many people - who could not exercise otherwise - to add fitness to their lives.
Prospective members receive a Comprehensive Health Assessment to determine his/her wellness profile and develop a complete exercise program to fit his/her unique needs.
Cooking classes and nutrition lectures demonstrate how easy it is to add healthy food to your diet.
Massage therapy is available to soothe tired muscles after a stressful day or a long workout.

Fit-In Weight Loss Support Group
Monday, June 7th at 6:00 p.m.
Our new bariatric support group creates a judgement-free zone where overweight people can learn weight-loss techniques and regain control of their lives.
- We provide sincere, honest discussion and support for weight-loss struggles, issues, concerns and motivational success stories
- Group discussions include before/after bariatric weight loss surgery and alternative methods of dealing with weight issues.
- We'll help you start a program that works for you and show you how to maintain it.

- One hour rental. The cost for HealthQuest members $50.00 and non-members $100.00
- The Big Splash
- Two hour rental. The cost for HealthQuest members $150.00 and non-members $200.00
