Home Care & Hospice
Whether a patient is recovering from an injury, coping with physical infirmities, or suffering from a terminal illness, he or she and their families are almost always happier and more relaxed at home.
When people can be in their own homes, they feel more secure and comfortable. They are surrounded by the memories and possessions they cherish as well as the support of their friends and family. That's why our Home Care service helps patients cope or recover from illness or injury in the comfort of home and why our Hospice service allows terminally ill patients to spend more precious moments with loved ones.
Both services help ease the burden of patients and their caregivers to endure these difficult passages of life. We are dually-licensed for both Home Care and Hospice services. Therefore, patients are able to receive either Home Care or Hospice services as needs change.
Our Home Care Goal
To provide medically necessary services to treat, rehabilitate, sustain or restore a patient to their optimal health status.
Our Hospice Goal
To provide in-home guidance and support to persons living with a life-threatening illness, as well as to their families/support systems. Quality of life is enhanced through pain control, symptom management and comfort care.
Volunteer
Volunteer work is vital to our Home Care and Hospice programs and we will be happy to train you to assist.
