We, the Johnston Memorial Hospital Authority, expect every patient’s visit to be a positive, healing experience. We expect that all members of the JMH team demonstrate a total commitment to excellence in every task, activity and endeavor as a representative of Johnston Memorial Hospital. Customer Service

Customer service is an integral component of everything we do at JMH. This includes service to patients, families, visitors, vendors, volunteers and fellow employees.
